Bowie International, LLC warrants each new mobile clinic to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

The unit must be installed by a Bowie service technician, or installed using an authorized Field Installation Kit, with no subsequent modifications, for the warranty to be valid. Improper installation or modifications to the unit will void the warranty.

If, upon inspection by our authorized representative, defects in workmanship or materials are found, they will be repaired at the Bowie plant or by a Bowie Service Technician, on a scheduled service trip, at no charge to the customer. Bowie may elect to contract with a local dealer, shop or mechanic to expedite repairs. This would be coordinated with the customer and the cost of repairs must be authorized by Bowie prior to any work being started.

All component parts not manufactured by Bowie International such as pumps, motors, solenoids, thermostats, heat elements and refrigerators, shall be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty of Bowie International is limited to the repair of defects in workmanship or materials and replacement of components found to be defective and does not cover any loss of contents placed in the unit by the user, such as medicines or any other personal property of the user.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and no representative or person is authorized to assume any liability for Bowie International in connection with the sale of Bowie International products.
